Monsoon Storms In Southwest Phoenix
8/26/2020 (Permalink)
Triple digit temperatures are nothing new when it comes to the Valley of the Sun. Last week, the Valley saw Excessive Heat Warnings with last Monday marking 45 days of high temperatures reaching 110 degrees or higher. Thankfully, Phoenix residents got a nice break from the heat when Southwest Phoenix and other areas of the Valley saw quite the monsoon storms last week.
Torrential rains pounded the streets of Avondale and Goodyear causing flooding in city streets. Haboob dust storms also rolled through the Valley which caused damage to building structures such as broken windows by fallen trees and damaged roofs.
If monsoon storms have caused damage to your residential or commercial property, give SERVPRO of Avondale/Goodyear/Southwest Phoenix a call today at 623-537-9999. We are available 24/7 for water damage emergencies such as flooding and water leaks related to any storms that move through the Valley.
