Water Damage To Avondale Bathroom Vanity

This homeowner in Avondale was experiencing a water loss in their second floor bathroom caused by a damaged water pipe. The water had leaked out causing water to pool in the bathroom and leaking out into the hallway causing damage to the flooring. As a result, the water leaking from the pipe caused damage to the bathroom vanity, the bathroom floor, the flooring in the hallway, and affected the ceiling to the living room on the first floor. SERVPRO of Avondale/Goodyear/Southwest Phoenix arrived to begin the cleanup process. As you can see in the above photos, the bathroom vanity was damaged and had to be removed. Our technicians then mopped and vacuumed up the excess water and brought in air movers to soak up the moisture.
