Broken Sprinkler Line Causes Water Damage

SERVPRO of Avondale/Goodyear/Southwest Phoenix was called late one night by this commercial office space's building facility manager. The commercial space had experienced some water damage due to a broken sprinkler line which caused water to spray everywhere affecting the ceiling, walls, floors and office equipment and furniture. As a result, two levels of offices were affected. SERVPRO crews responded right away. A large number of air movers were brought in to thoroughly dry out the office space. Our SERVPRO crew also mopped and vacuumed up the water as well as removing heavily damaged ceiling tiles and wall portions.
