Commercial Business Faces Flood From Toilet Leak

This commercial automotive repair shop was in for quite a surprise when they showed up to work in the early hours to discover the garage shop had flooded. About 1-2 inches of water had soaked the floor and caused damage to the floors, part of the walls, and miscellaneous items throughout the garage. The cause of the flooding was from a toilet in a nearby restroom that had overflowed. As you can imagine, the business owner was quite stressed out with the situation he was dealing with to which we responded right away. Within a few short days, our SERVPRO technicians had fully dried and restored the business back to its pre-flood conditions.
