Storm Damage - Avondale Commercial Property

Storm damage to this Avondale office building began with high winds tearing away a portion of the roof. The rain was torrential and found its way through the roof to the ceiling panels. They eventually fell under the weight of the water. The property manager called and informed us they had an emergency as water continued to flow into the building. We used tarps on the roof to stem the flow of water. We removed the soaked ceiling panels and extracted water that had reached the floor. The photo shows Air Movers in place to provide drying along with dehumidifiers. The water damage had spread over the vast majority of the building, so a large amount of water mitigation equipment was required to carry out the storm damage repair.
