Phoenix Monsoon Causes Roof Damage

Avondale, Goodyear, Southwest Phoenix and much of the West Valley had received a lot of rain during this past monsoon season 2018. 

This commercial business had roof damage due to the high wings that monsoon season here in Phoenix is known to bring. As a result, rainwater began leaking into the office space causing a disruption in the daily office activities. Because of the water damage to the office, employees had to take the day off so that the water restoration process could begin. 

Our SERVPRO technicians arrived and began an inspection and water damage assessment followed by extracting water from the soaked carpets using a high powered vacuum. We then brought in our air movers and dehumidifiers to fully dry out the moisture. Our technicians then made sure to clean and sanitize any items and structures that received damage in order to bring the building back to its pre-water damage condition.
