Water Damage To Commercial Residential Building

This commercial residential space was faced with multiple units that were dealing with water damage. A resident had left the sink on in their bathroom which caused the water to leak through to the floor below which affected the other units. SERVPRO of Avondale/Goodyear/Southwest Phoenix was called to tackle the water cleanup process. Once our SERVPRO technicians arrived, they used high powered vacuums to suck up the water that had collected on the floors and brought in air movers and dehumidifiers to dry out the units. Once it was complete, the furniture was moved back into place "Like it never even happened."
