Commercial Water Loss At A Medical Facility

SERVPRO of Avondale/Goodyear/Southwest Phoenix responded to a commercial water loss at a medical facility that took place overnight. The cause of the water damage? A water filter canister failure which you can see in the Before photo and was removed in the After photo. The water filter canister had malfunctioned and released water throughout the building causing damage to the walls and floors. Employees arrived to work the next morning to find the floors throughout the facility drenched in pools of water and damage to the walls in the utility closet where the water loss occurred. SERVPRO of Avondale/Goodyear/Southwest Phoenix responded quickly to begin the drying and restoration process.
