In Phoenix, Water and Asbestos Remediation

A ruptured water line in the wall allowed water and asbestos to escape into the home. Careful planning by several SERVPRO technicians, who were both AAT (Asbestos) and WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technicians) certified removed the water and the asbestos following EPA guidelines. During the process, as you can see, the garage was sealed for containment purposes, to prevent the spreading of asbestos threads. The overhead duct work was also vacuumed with a HEPA filtered device, to ensure that the circulation would provide safe indoor air quality (IAQ0.)
